The deck is a great place to unwind as well! It has a wooden picnic table and a couple of seats with umbrellas. While the kids are watching movies, take the party to the separate game room in the garage! It features a real poker table, a pool table, a foosball table, a gas grill, and an extra patio table for larger gatherings! Additionally, there is a horseshoes pit behind the house. Evergreen Escape is located a half of a mile from the heart of Shaver Lake Village, which means you’ll have dining options, convenience stores, and cafés just a stone’s throw away. Shaver Lake is just moments away from your rental and it’s the perfect place to enjoy some outdoor activities that include boating, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding. Yosemite National Park is 60 miles north but it’s totally worth the trip! Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This home does not have AC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
