Located on Frisco’s quiet oceanfront, Breakers is close to 4-wheel-drive beach access. The ground level has concrete parking, an outside shower, a carport, and super-easy ocean access. The first level has four bedrooms, two baths, and a laundry area. One bedroom is a master with a TV and DVD player. The second-story great room has a half bath, a tall cathedral ceiling, and panoramic views of the beach. Breakers has an excellent kitchen boasting a long breakfast bar and a nearby dining area. Comfortable furniture and a TV will keep Frisco vacationers entertained and happy after dark. A wide, south-facing sun deck with furniture is Breakers’s greatest attraction. If you want to see the beach close up, ask for Breakers! Things to know: You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
