You’ll find something for everyone here at Sterling Sands!
Sterling Sands is conveniently located off Highway 98, within walking distance of several popular restaurants such as the Back Porch and the Pancakery. For groceries and supplies, there are plenty of options within a short drive including Target, Whole Foods, and Walmart. And when you’ve gotten your fill of the beach, head over to Big Kahunas Water & Adventure Park, just up the road.

Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through our onsite provider, Sun, Sand & Sea. Located in the beach shack onsite.
This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
