This renovated Gulf-front condo is ready to be your home away from home! Professionally decorated, it features all-new everything - kitchen, baths, furniture, fixtures, electronics, and decor. You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a view of the Gulf. An oversized bar seats guests for drinks or meals and the adjacent dining area does as well, also with a view. The Gulf-front bedroom has a large, TV with a Blu-ray player and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a large granite-topped vanity. The second bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. Both bedrooms are bright and cheery with new coastal-themed linens and decor. The living room features new electronics: a TV and Blu-ray player. Watch the waves and TV at the same time. A large balcony off the living room offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and comfortable new furniture to dine, relax, watch the sunset, and see the dolphins play. Also, if you’re in need of a refreshing splash and the beach is too crowded for your liking, you might as well take a dip in the sparkling shared pool. This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
