Take advantage of this newly constructed, hand-crafted cabin with two hot tubs that offers large gathering areas, tons of deck space and seating around the firepit, basketball, and pickleball courts, and large bunk rooms with games for the kids, and the clean fresh feeling of being at Bear Lake. This cabin has top-of-the-line finishes, with wooden beam accents, and is beautifully furnished and stocked with amenities. This home is perfect for large gatherings, family reunions, or company retreats. There is plenty of room for everyone with several gathering areas, spacious bedrooms, and full baths.
Have everyone gather in the sunny living area, which boasts a new, inviting Flexsteel sofa near one of the gas fireplaces. With the extra seating options and extremely soft texture, everyone can blissfully lounge and watch their favorite streaming service on the smart TV. The loft area is a bunk room with two futons, a pull-out couch, and plenty of sleeping space for the kiddos. One of the hot tubs sits eight people comfortably while the smaller hot tub is for the kids. Both hot tubs offer beautiful views of the lake. This charming cabin has been upgraded with a brand new dryer, freshly painted patio, new Purple mattresses for all the adult beds, a new sofa, and an upgraded pickleball court with a closed-in fence, newly painted lines, and a new net.
Eagle Feather Lookout is located just outside of Garden City with easy access to restaurants and shopping but also gives a secluded feel from the busy summer traffic. The marina is an eight-minute drive away and the ski resort is just over 15 minutes from the home.
