With the extra seating options and extremely soft texture, everyone can blissfully lounge and watch their favorite streaming service on the smart TV. The loft area is a bunk room with two futons, a pull-out couch, and plenty of sleeping space for the kiddos. One of the hot tubs sits eight people comfortably while the smaller hot tub is for the kids. Both hot tubs offer beautiful views of the lake. This charming cabin has been upgraded with a brand new dryer, freshly painted patio, new Purple mattresses for all the adult beds, a new sofa, and an upgraded pickleball court with a closed-in fence, newly painted lines, and a new net. Eagle Feather Lookout is located just outside of Garden City with easy access to restaurants and shopping but also gives a secluded feel from the busy summer traffic. The marina is an eight-minute drive away and the ski resort is just over 15 minutes from the home. Things to Know There is a game room in the garage with Ping-Pong, a basketball game, and a variety of children’s play toys. Bring your wood for the fire pit. The home offers (2) refrigerators. Home offers basketball/pickeball court. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
