The home is outfitted for luxurious fun and equipped for comfort; great for two families with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The open layout kitchen has granite counters with new flooring and large front and backyard spaces. Enjoy playing pool on a regulation slate table in the game room downstairs after a day at the lake or come together around the fireplace (Duraflame type logs) The downstairs gym has a treadmill, standard weights, incline bench, and ballet bar with wall mirror. The wrap-around-covered decks have a built-in-covered outdoor grill for guests to enjoy year round. There is a rear deck complete with outdoor dining and umbrella. Modern essentials include a whole home forced air heating system with central control, dual ceiling fans for summer, high speed 5G Wi-Fi along with 4 TV’s all with 200 channels of DirecTV with one large screen for movies or sporting event viewing. There is a large separate laundry room, accessible wide streets, large flat front driveway and rear parking with room for two cars side-by-side and guests have full access to a two-car garage. Great for those winter months, includes snow plowing service for both driveways.
Silverpine Chalet has a prime location in the Shaver Lake development of Ockenden Ranch. The town of Shaver and Shaver Lake are 5-10 minutes away from the home that is in a quiet neighborhood where you can enjoy great hiking trails just steps away. China Peak Ski Resort, with biking in the summer including lifts and trails, is just 25 minutes away. Shaver Lake Pizza is a gem for a quick order and for a more complete dining experience, try the Trading Post for dinner. Ken’s Market in town is the place for groceries and ice cream; Snow Ski rentals and snow park permits can be found at Shaver Lake Sports. Great summer activities include horseback riding at Shaver Lake Stables and for ski boat, pontoon cruisers and jet ski rentals, contact Sierra Marina.
