Beach House 203D is a gorgeously renovated condo boasting incredible second-floor views of the Gulf of Mexico, with a king-size Tempur Pedic bed in the master, and two twin beds in the guest room. This family-friendly retreat accommodates four guests comfortably, providing them with the best lodging experience. Upon entering, you’ll notice a luxurious and modern interior decor. Then, to the left is a well-equipped chef’s kitchen with granite counters, all new appliances, including utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen, dining, and living space is an open concept that allows for plenty of space, and views of the gulf. The dining table seats up to four guests, ideal for a nice family meal and good conversation. The living area has plenty of seating and a large TV with DVD player combination. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach, or simply exploring all that Miramar Beach has to offer. Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproofrestore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 800am through 500pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
