Plus, you’ll have all the serving and stemware pieces you need for everyone to enjoy their favorite wines, cocktails, and appetizers. The living room features an inviting gas fireplace, 65” TV, surround sound system, and a workspace, just in case someone has some remote work (or schooling) that needs to be completed before exploring the Saugatuck area.
Two staircases (one in the front and one from the kitchen) lead upstairs, where each bedroom resides in an inn-style layout. Right off the stairs, the first bedroom features a queen-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower, a light-up mirror, and a private entrance to the balcony set on the ivy side of the home. Right next door, the second bedroom features a double bed, en suite bathroom, and private balcony entrance of its own. Down the hall, the third bedroom features an en suite bathroom, large windows, and a queen bed decorated with a chic grey color scheme. A door separates the final three bedrooms from the rest of the upstairs for extra privacy. Bedroom number four is first and boasts two twin beds that can convert to a split-king bed and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower. Next door, bedroom number five features an en suite bath and shower/tub combo, a queen-size bed, and a bonus sitting/work area. The final bedroom features an en suite bathroom and an impressive split-king that can convert to two twin-size beds.
Six ceiling fans help to keep the entire home cool and comfortable no matter what the season. Guests can gather outside and enjoy some delicious meals from the private gas grill. This home’s relaxing yet refined design will enchant you while it houses every member of your group in comfort.
What’s nearby:
Set right in the heart of Saugatuck (and close to the banks of the Kalamazoo River), this home is perfect for people looking to be at the heart of a lakeside town. Wicks Park is right across the street as is the historical Saugatuck Chain Ferry, allowing for even greater freedom to explore than the average city home. A second park equipped with playground equipment is located behind the home and is accessed through your own private gated entrance. Oval Beach (and the lovely waves of Lake Michigan) is just four miles away by car - it’s less than a mile if you decide to take the ferry and walk or bike the rest of the way! But guests may have the most fun wandering around downtown Saugatuck taking in the eclectic shops. Don’t forget to try the fish tacos at Phil’s Bar & Grille! Want more options?
