The decks of this Kinnakeet Shores cottage with its outstanding ocean views are the perfect setting for all who love the water. The ground level has carports, ample parking and all weather entry, as well as plenty of storage for all beach items. The heated private pool and relaxing hot tub are wonderful additions. The first living level has three bedrooms and two baths. The well-furnished upstairs living level has tall cathedral ceilings, an oceanfront living room, a central all-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a dining area that is just a glance away from the picturesque Atlantic. A main suite provides first class accommodations. A south side screened porch will provide alternative seating and catch those cool summer breezes. Set sail with Regatta. Things to Know You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. 7674
