Sun Daze #42-2 Vacation stays don’t get any finer than at SUN DAZE. This two-story oceanview home is directly across from the boardwalk in exclusive Kinnakeet Shores - which permits a very short walk to the ocean. The ground level has ample parking, two carports, hot and cold outside shower and foot wash station. Enjoy the large, private in-ground pool late into the evening with plenty of warmth provided by the setting sun. Head upstairs to the first living level with two ocean-view bedrooms that share a full bath and have access to a covered deck with soothing hot tub. Comfortably furnished bedrooms three and four have easy access to the hall bath & laundry area. The large second -evel cedar wood lined great room has a 1/2 bath, tall ceilings & plenty of glass to catch all views of sun & sea. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
