This wonderful, newly renovated home is comfortable and offers plenty of space for up to 10 guests to spread out. Being right on the water is heavenly; watch the moon rise over the lake, drift off to sleep to the sound of the water lapping at night through your bedroom window, and enjoy unforgettable sunrises and breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake. The private access, walk-in waterfront directly in front of the home is accessible from either the main deck or the lower-level patio area. Descend the steps to the shale beach and new seasonal dock, which can accommodate a light boat up to 20 feet in length. Your boat can be launched (for a fee) from the East Bluff Harbor Marina just steps away.
Penn Yan’s historic downtown village, accessible by car or boat, features locally owned shops, restaurants, and more. Enjoy a wide range of wineries and farm-to-table restaurants. While in town, enjoy dinner at Top of the Lake! You can also try Keuka restaurant or get a pizza and beer at Silverbird Woodfired. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, the Keuka Lake State Park is a nine-mile drive and features a plethora of outdoor activities that include kayaking, biking, bird watching, canopy, and more!
