Located on a super ocean view lot in quiet Askin’s Creek, Hooked on Beach Life is a mere stone’s throw from the ocean’s edge and one of the closest homes to the Canadian Hole windsurfing area. The easy, 100-foot walk over the direct ocean access to the beachfront will delight anyone who has ever lugged a beach chair, cooler, or child to the water.
The ground level has an ample, concrete parking area. The first level has three spacious bedrooms (each with a TV), a bathroom, a laundry area, and comfortable furnishings. Hooked on Beach Life pays homage to the beautiful ocean view location with a grand prow front design that allows great views from the interior and wide two-level decks. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
