Double your vacation excitement and pleasure at the newly-renovated one back from the ocean home, Twin Tides. The Askins Creek subdivision ocean walkway is just across a quiet, kid-friendly crossing that will deposit your guests at one of our favorite beaches. Twin Tides has easy parking and two carports. An outdoor shower will keep guests fresh, and a nearby park grill will keep them fed. There is a welcoming hammock swing on the first exterior access landing. The main house opens with a south sundeck with a bubbly hot tub and a large screened furnished porch with a picnic table. You can catch all sunrises and sunsets from the next-level lookout deck. Twin Tides has a large combo great room, with the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen features updated appliances, a breakfast bar, and an exterior west sundeck. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
