**Please Read**IMPORTANT BUILDING WIDE INFORMATION: Building 3 will be having Roof Construction all Summer in 2025 Building 1 & 2 will be having Construction on the air system, hallways and fire and sprinkler system inside and outside of the buildings.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM
This family-friendly condo is located in building three of the Mountain Green Resort in Killington, Vermont. Building three is the more desirable building because all of the amenities are located in this building including a restaurant, fitness room, vending machines, sauna, and steam room, which are open during the ski season. Being on one of the high floors and on the front of the building, you have a beautiful view of the mountain and some of the ski trails which are especially gorgeous in the fall when the leaves are changing.
The Mountain Green Resort is right behind the Killington Resort and is surrounded by everything that Killington has to offer from skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing in the cold, snow-covered months, to the mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, and fishing in the summer. The road up the mountain is lined with great restaurants and shops and the Adventure Center is a great place for the kids to burn off their endless energy while having a great time!
THINGS TO KNOW
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).
Both elevators in Building 3 will be down due to maintenance from November 6, 2023, until November 9, 2023, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice; the shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Property Manager will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. The restaurant is closed for the summer season, but will re-open for the winter season.

The free parking is available in the parking lots behind building 3.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
