Jane’s Friend is the perfect vacation home. Each year it wins over more guests because of her prime dune-top oceanfront location. The ground level has ample concrete parking, a wonderful natural setting of beach grasses and sea oats, a private pool with a cabana, a private walkway to the beach, an outside shower, and fish cleaning facilities. The first level has four spacious bedrooms including the main bedroom suite. There are four baths, oceanfront decks for two bedrooms, a den with a Playstation, and laundry facilities. The upper level includes a great room with cathedral ceilings, warm wood accents, a wine bar, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a main bedroom suite with separate climate control. Postcard ocean and sound views are routine. The kitchen is well equipped and cooks can service at the breakfast bar or the formal dining area. The private, outdoor pool will be available for a refreshing afternoon and it can be heated for a small fee. Things to know: *Private pool will be available for guest use from April 3, 2021 to October 15, 2021. *You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated from April 3rd to October 15th of 2021 for $60/night. Guests must call in after booking to arrange for pool heat. Pool heat must be requested one week (7 days) prior to arrival. Pools typically take 48 hours to reach desired temperature.
