This condo is perfectly located at the base of the mountain and on the first hole of the Killington Golf Course within walking distance or a free shuttle ride to the Snowshed Base Lodge. It has been updated with stainless steel kitchen appliances, and it is close to skiing, golf, and restaurants. After a cold day on the slopes, you can enjoy a family-friendly board game or a little TV. There are several shared seasonal amenities that come with staying at the Mountain Green Resort, such as a fitness room, sauna, BBQ area, firepit, racquetball court, restaurant, vending machines, as well as shared laundry facilities in each building.
There are a plethora of things to do in Killington in any month of the year. You can hit the ski and snowboard trails in the winter - you’re a hald-mile from Snowshed Base Lodge - along with snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. In the summer there is a hiking, mountain biking, swimming, kayaking, and fishing. For the kiddos, there is the Killington Adventure Center with several activities for the whole family and the road leading up the mountain is lined with shops and restaurants.
THINGS TO KNOW
All Mountain Green buildings will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024. Scaffolding will be around the bottom entrance of Building 1. There will also be scaffolding around Building 2 and 3. The scaffolding is going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024, and Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur).
The shuttle bus now runs daily to Snowshed Lodge. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the ’Today’s Amenities Schedule’ link found on the home page. Property Manager will do its best to provide updates. Mountain Green does shut the amenities down towards the end of March annually for spring maintenance.
Mountain Green construction is done for the season so all parking and entrances are open.
All Mountain Green amenities are now open, including fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, saunas, steam room, and locker rooms.
The balcony is open.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
