The sun ’always’ rises over O’Sun. This spectacular home is located on a quiet oceanfront cul-de-sac with panoramic views of surf, sand, and sun from the multi-decking and indoor levels. The ground level has plenty of parking and an easy entrance. Clean, fillet, and grill your catch of the day at the built-in fish cleaning station. Move into the ground level with bedroom one with two sets of bunks, washer/dryer area, and a half bath. People of all ages enjoy hanging out in the den with a pool table and TV/DVD, along with a second full-size fridge. Sun lights the second level’s two oceanfront main queen suites, each with deck access. Additional bedroom four with two singles with access to the half bath and entry den complete the mid-level. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
