This comfortable mountainside townhome has beautiful mountain views and is about an eight-minute walk up the stairs on the mountain trail to the lifts at Warm Springs. With plenty of room to entertain, this home is perfect for friends or family gatherings. In the summer, you can enjoy a barbecue and listen to the warm springs river on the new deck. During winter months, cozy up around the fireplace after a day of skiing. At the top of the hill on Warm Springs Road, a bus stop can take you into town or to the slopes. A private stairway at the end of the road will connect skiers to the warm springs lifts with just a short walk. In the winter, River Run and Warm Springs have world-class runs for the avid skier. Head to Dollar Mountain, about four miles away, for lighter skiing. Ketchum and Sun Valley offer excellent dining options and shopping. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
