At approximately 2,200 square feet, this two story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath end townhome offers a spacious floor plan, including first and second floor master suites each with a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms feature two twin-size beds in each. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom in between these two bedrooms. Screened porch and open air deck are perfect for relaxing pondside or soaking up some rays. The small covered front porch is just large enough for people watching. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. 6 TVs (all flat-screens and living room set is Netflix compatible with guest account), 2 DVDs, small DVD library, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
