Great location, near The Village Pavilion! At approximately 2,200 square feet, this two story 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath end townhome offers a spacious floor plan, including first and second floor master suites each with a queen size bed. The other two bedrooms feature two twin-size beds in each. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom in between these two bedrooms. Screened porch and open air deck are perfect for relaxing pondside or soaking up some rays. The small covered front porch is just large enough for people watching. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer. 6 TVs (all flat-screens and living room set is Netflix compatible with guest account), 2 DVDs, small DVD library, gas fireplace, gas grill, Wifi. Notes: Garage not available for guest use.
Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
