You’ll be amid hiking and snowmobile trails, ski slopes, fall foliage drives, boating, and swimming - with beautiful pine walls, a gas-log stove, and a quiet, comfortable living space to come home to each day. Use the provided kayaks and life jackets to get out on the water each morning, returning home for a coffee or cocoa outside on the deck and breakfast prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Spend your evenings gathering around the seasonal firepit to roast marshmallows with your loved ones or snuggling up inside for a game of cards and a movie by the fire in the living room. Things to Know Central air-conditioning is available from Memorial Day to Columbus Day. The firepit, grill, and sporting equipment can only be used from May to October. This property is managed by Property Manager New Hampshire, LLC. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
