The dining room offers the same views of the secluded desert wash, mountains, and the Four Saguaros. The main bedroom has a new luxury carpet, two closets, and a five-piece main bathroom with a brand new luxury vinyl floor and new glass block walk-in shower.

Shopping won’t be hard to find either, as the Marana Premium Outlets are just six miles away! Nearby attractions include the Ritz Carlton for golf and dining, as well as many trails for hiking and nearby restaurants and bars. Venture out to hip and picturesque downtown Tucson or the Biosphere 2, Saguaro National Park or Pima Air and Space Museum (all under 30 miles away).
