If you’re looking for a family-friendly getaway with lots of amenities, look no further. In this home you’ll have access to two living areas, a private pool and spa, and an outdoor bar and kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a wrap-around bar for easy conversing. While the dining area offers seating for eight, with an additional six bar stools at the kitchen counter. Down the hall you’ll find the first bathroom which joins the first bedroom. The first bedroom has a TV and private access to the backyard. The next bedroom has three beds and an en suite bathroom. To the left of the second living room, you’ll find two more bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom — located in the back of the home — features an en suite bathroom, private access to the outdoor area, and a private living room. Things to Know: Washer/dryer Free WiFi Snowbird-friendly Please note important pool heat information: Pool and spa can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. A three night minimum stay and seven day notice is required for this feature. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool will not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will not be given. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 95 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
