Sleek and contemporary in its design, this Corpus Christi townhouse offers a wonderful canal-front location mere blocks from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. It’s a place to spend your days setting sail from the dock, walking to Whitecap Beach, and relaxing with your loved ones in unmatched modern style.
The interior is polished and comfortable, with the main living area anchored by a beautiful kitchen. This open space features professional-grade appliances (including a gas range, dishwasher, and a multi-door-and-drawer refrigerator), a large island with seating, and an adjacent glass-top dining table. There are two light-filled living rooms, each with a gas fireplace, wet bar, TV, and deck access. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone cool and comfortable. Additional features include a washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and elegant bedrooms.
Enjoy a location right on a canal that connects to Packery Channel and the open Gulf of Mexico just beyond. When you’re not heading out on the water from the dock, you’ll be less than four blocks from the northern end of Whitecap Beach. A number of restaurants, eateries, shops, and attractions are within a short drive, including Waves Resort (just over two miles west), Mustang Island State Park to the north, and Padre Island National Seashore to the south.
Things to Know
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
The dock is about 35 feet long, with a 50-foot mooring area. The water depth varies with the tide and depends on the distance to the dock. It is about three feet deep, close to the cement part of the dock, and over six feet at the end of the dock. No ropes are supplied, but most boats should be permitted. Swimming is permitted, but swim at your own risk due to oyster shells, etc.

All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
