Located on the top floor of the first building at the Moonraker complex, park underneath and walk up two flights. It is the corner condo! The balcony, while across the street, has a great view and there is a picnic table outside for you to enjoy meals or the salty gulf air. Walk into the condo and the kitchen is on the left and the living area on the right. It is an open floor plan! The kitchen has stainless appliances and everything to cook or bake with during your vacation. The living area has a flatscreen television and a sleeper sofa. Plenty of places to lounge! There is also a private door to the balcony in the living area. In the hall, there is a washer/dryer for your convenience and, on the far left a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
