Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Property Manager’s control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted. Located...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
