You’ll be super close to lots of famous mountain biking trails like JEM Trail and Gooseberry Trail in Hurricane and ZEN trail in St. George. Tee off at Coral Canyon Golf Course (nine miles away) or Green Spring Golf Course (15 miles away). THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Oversized parking is not allowed on the street in front of the house or in the dirt lot behind the house. The police will fine you $750 if you park on the dirt lot. For oversized parking, please park on Dixie Springs Rd. The large bay garage on the left side of the home contains a boat that guests may not use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
