This very spacious home is perfect for a family outing or couples retreat. This condo’s bathrooms, bedrooms, living area, and kitchen have all been remodeled, and it has TVs for you to relax in front of and a wood-burning fireplace. Pitkin Creek is three and a half miles from the Village and serviced by the free town bus every 15 minutes in peak periods and through to 2:00 am. There is also a year-round outdoor hot tub and a summertime pool. Plus, you’ll find a grocery store right on the premises. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
