This dog-friendly Moab townhome has wonderful mountain views and is close to everything!
Downtown Moab is only five minutes to the north, and this townhome has spectacular views of the nearby Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains. If you’re heading to the Moab Golf Course, Slickrock Bike Trail, Ken’s Lake, or breathtaking La Sal Mountain Loop Road with hiking and jeep trails, it’s only a few miles to reach your destination. A two-car garage provides plenty of parking space.
Spend some time in the full kitchen preparing a sumptuous meal, or take care of your friends with simple snacks. A gas fireplace adds to the ambiance, and a breakfast bar offers a casual place to eat. The cable TV and WiFi ensure that all have plenty of time to devote to their group. There’s also a gas grill out on the patio.
From April through October, a community swimming pool keeps you active and engaged. If your muscles are tense, there is also a shared hot tub available year-round. This red rock townhome has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for larger groups.
Relax in the king master, or conk out in the second bedroom with a lush king bed. The final bedroom has two twins, making this home ideal for family units or groups of good friends. With two extra rollaway beds, a total of eight people can stay here. For a small nightly fee, that can include two family dogs! With a private washer and dryer, it’s easy to keep up the supply of clean clothing.
The stunning Moab rock art is well worth a close examination. Make sure to bring along a camera, as the area makes for beautiful photographs. From bird watching to fishing to horseback riding, there’s some outdoor fun for everyone’s tastes. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.
History buffs will love seeing the dinosaur remains in the rock formations and learning about the specimens. For a bit more activity, take a whitewater rafting trip or rent a canoe, raft, or kayak.
