Ocean Escape *Please read our important pool heat information to help you have the best vacation possible!* This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $200/night. Both the spa and pool share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool must be heated as well. When isolating the spa to heat to a higher temperature the pool will be not be heating. It is important to turn off the spa when finished. At least seven days’ notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given. A private pool and an adjacent whirlpool spa have optional gas heating from September through May, so poolside cookouts using the outdoor grill are an option year-round! The living area has plenty of seating and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with a DVD player. There’s also free WiFi for your convenience. What’s nearby: Located in Sea Pines Plantation on Hilton Head Island, this ranch-style home is less than a mile from beaches and less than two miles from restaurants, golf, and the South Beach Racquet Club. The Green Line Beach Trolley’s route runs less than half a mile away from the house. You’ll love taking walks along the many nearby parks and trails, including Sea Pines Forest Preserve, Compass Rose Park, and Oscar Frazier Fitness Trail. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
