Two bedrooms are being rented, why not four chairs? No lugging four chairs and two umbrellas up and down the elevators across the boardwalk and back to the condo. When you get to the sand, where do you set the chairs and umbrellas? You can take a quick stroll with your drink, towel and sunglasses and settle in for toes in the sand. March through October service includes four chairs and two umbrellas. Wow, you’ll save $90 a day because the chair service is included with this condo. Vacations are a time to reminisce, laugh, and enjoy each other’s camaraderie. Families, friends, and romantics will all appreciate the 1,450-foot space. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
