When it’s chowtime, the well-equipped kitchen will have your back with modern appliances and all the utensils and cookware you could ever need to prepare everything that comes to mind. It doesn’t matter if it’s a full-course meal, a quick snack on the go, or a delicious breakfast, this kitchen will make cooking a breeze! Guests will also enjoy having a private washer/dryer and central air conditioning throughout the home. There are tons of things to do right in this immediate area! Take the kids to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park for a day of thrills - it’s just five blocks away. Or head down to the nearby beach and Boardwalk (about four blocks) for some fun on the ocean side of the island. Ocean City tram car stops at the North end of the Boardwalk and can whisk you down to the Inlet in a matter of minutes for a small fee. Hungry for some local cuisine? Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. 2 dog(s), weighing 50lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
