Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be Open everyday 9AM to 9PM Mountain Green Amenities: Amenities will be closed until further notice, The Shuttle bus will ONLY run on Weekends and Holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Property Manager will do their best to provide updates as we are notified. ** The restaurant is closed for the summer season and will re-open for the winter season. This Killington vacation rental boasts incredible mountain views and on-site shared amenities that include a fitness room, sauna, board shop, honor library, and multi-activity court. Gather around with your loved ones and enjoy a nice time chatting with them and watching your favorite TV show. Use the well-equipped kitchen to whip up delicious meals for everyone! What’s nearby: You’ll be located moments away from the Killington Golf Course and half a mile from Killington Ski Area! Located 14.5 miles southeast, the Coolidge State Park offers a rustic feel and hiking trails to enchant everyone. The Access Road up the mountain is lined with all kinds of restaurants and shops, the Killington Adventure Zone is just minutes away, and you can enjoy some river tubing 15 miles away. Things to know This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 2 on May 6, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time). Fire-starters supplied No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
