Wild Forest is a spacious, well-equipped home ready to be your home base for your next family trip to Harshaw! This two-story home is a dream come true for sports enthusiasts. On the first level, you’ll see a spacious bedroom with one bathroom and a wet bar. You already can tell boredom has no place at this lakefront retreat. As you move up to the second level and central area, you’ll find a fancy dining area and a well-equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, a kitchen island, and all the appliances and utensils needed to whip up memorable meals and snacks for the whole family. Continue your tour through the house and unwind in the living area, conveniently equipped with inviting sofas in front of the wood-burning fireplace and TV.
The spacious screened porch right off the dining room is another excellent place to gather with your friends - sit down on the sofa and admire the views of the lake, browse on your phone and find fun activities nearby. Right off the screened-in porch is a convenient, covered dining area. But the real perk of this house is its game room and bar area. This spacious room is off the kitchen and features NFL memorabilia, mainly from the Green Bay Packers, a dartboard, a pool table, a full commercial bar, a large countertop, and a cozy sectional. This is the ultimate gathering spot with plenty of games for all ages.
And last but not least, the upper level features another living area with a large sofa, cable TV, and a mini-fridge. Outside, the large deck overlooking the lake is simply out of this world - gather around the firepit, roast s’mores, and share fun stories as you all take in unparalleled water views. The gas grill there will step up your cooking game.
Visit downtown Minocqua 14.5 miles north for shopping, events, restaurants, shows, boating, and swimming opportunities. Six kayaks are included with your vacation rental for convenience. Visit Wildwood Wildlife Park and Nature Center 16 miles to learn more about the local wildlife and enjoy animal feeding and petting experiences with bears, chinchillas, pigs, and camels. One of Wisconsin’s top sporting facilities is Minocqua Winter Park, less than 20 miles away - it’s mostly known for its cross-country skiing and snowshoeing experiences.
