Myers Beach is only a 14-mile drive to enjoy a sunny day of sugar sands with plenty of options for refreshments and shops. Take the whole family to the Sun Splash Family Waterpark just a little over seven miles north of this home. THINGS TO KNOW Due to Hurricane Ian this home no longer has a pool enclosure. The roof is tarped. 1 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
