Situated just south of downtown Rockaway Beach, these cottages are highly walkable, with numerous shops and restaurants located just a few blocks away. The beach is mere minutes from your front door, and the highly photogenic Twin Rocks formation is just a mile south along the shore. Nehalem Bay State Park is 13 miles north, and Jetty Fishery and Marina, where you can rent equipment to catch crabs or dig for clams, is four miles north. Each of the seven cottages features a kitchen or a kitchenette, with everything you need to put together a simple meal or store and reheat leftovers. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
