Fishing is also big in these parts, so grab a rod or two and catch your dinner! Enjoy access to the local Cabana Club with a shared pool, private beach access, and a lounge/wet bar. The small-town atmosphere of Key Colony Beach is charming and welcoming. Since the town is so compact, you’ll have no issues navigating to parks and restaurants. Being right by the canal will make your vacation feel extra relaxing (please note that this rental is one-half of a duplex.). Set in neutral tones, this home’s living room offers plush seating and tons of natural light. You’ll feel right at home with access to cable and WiFi. The completely renovated kitchen will prove perfect for chefs and non-chefs alike. With designer countertops, a dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances, it is upscale but comfortable. Outside on the deck is a gas grill for barbecues. There are even laundry facilities available for your convenience. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home has a seven-day rental minimum. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
