This lovely freestanding villa is surrounded by the lush landscape of the Sea Pines Resort and is a short walk away from the sandy white beaches that make Hilton Head Island a premier vacation destination. You’ll also have access to a shared pool.
Enjoy the sand and sun during the day or take a trek through the adjacent 600-acre forest preserve. The Sea Pines community also has a complex pool with private bathrooms, several tennis courts, and delightful winding bike paths to explore during your vacation. The Sea Pines Trolley, which runs seasonally throughout the community, will transport you the three miles to Harbor Town where you can find live entertainment, amazing restaurants, and watersports on the waterfront.
The villa is designed with an expansive open floor plan in a lovely seascape motif and has a raised deck and screened-in porch outside to take in the sights. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious. One bedroom has a private bath with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer combination, and the guest bedroom accesses another private bath and walk-in shower. An additional outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand from the beach.
