Recently remodeled, this pristine three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has been upgraded with new flooring, new stainless steel appliances, new living room/dining room furnishings, new mattresses, and a fresh coat of paint. You will find this condo to be not only comfortable but also convenient thanks to its location in Midtown Ocean City. Positioned on the south side of an oceanfront building on 59th St., it gives guests a partial view of the ocean to the left. Additional amenities include four new flatscreen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms (with a large flatscreen in the living room), a DVD player, central A/C, and Wireless Internet access provided free of charge. The building is also equipped with a shared hot tub, a heated indoor pool, multiple elevators, an outdoor shower for your convenience, and two-car parking. You will love it and will want to come back next year!

This part of town is great for enjoying Ocean City’s most popular restaurants, nightlife, and activities. Head out for a bite to eat at nearby Fager’s Island, which is just a block away on the bay and is well-known for its fantastic food, live music, and bayfront sunsets. Also within a short walking distance are dozens of other hot spots, such as Macky’s Bayside Bar & Grill, Dead Freddies, Maui Golf, Action Watersports, Candy Kitchen, and so much more.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
