Thanks to the incredible location on 80 privately owned acres, you have a stunning view of sights as nearby as the reds and oranges of autumn trees when the leaves erupt into a gorgeous display of Fall colors or as far as the peak of Mount Washington. Enjoy seasonal walks on the three miles of woodland trails. The trails are heavily forested with trees upwards of 100 feet tall and they are just a short walk from the back door. The forest is full of wildlife, including moose, deer, and turkeys. If you would like to walk the trails, keep in mind it could take you up to three hours. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
