The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, whereas the third bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The backyard is shared with an adjacent property, with each property having its own seating area, firepit, and grill. This two-story home has step-free access from the driveway. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
