Marriott Bonvoy® Credit Card Promotion on Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy®

All Marriott Bonvoy® primary Card Members with an active Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card issued in Canada, China, India, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, or Qatar (“Eligible Card Members”) are eligible for this promotion. Eligible Card Members can save 10% on the nightly rate of each eligible paid stay of two (2) or more nights, up to a maximum total discount of $500 USD per stay (or foreign currency equivalent), at select home rentals booked between November 14 (12:01 AM EST) through December 14, 2024 (11:59 PM EST) (the “Offer Period”) directly through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“Eligible Stay”). A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity. The Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card does not need to be used to pay for the Eligible Stay in order to receive the 10% discount. New reservations for the stay must be booked, but the stay does not need to occur or be completed, during the Offer Period.  A full cancellation of your booking is required if you wish to change your method of payment or modify the dates of your stay. Please review the cancellation policy of your selected home closely prior to booking. The Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website can be accessed by visiting homes-and-villas.marriott.com. Once logged into your Marriott Bonvoy Account, the 10% discount will automatically be applied to the nightly rate during the checkout process. Registration for this promotion is not required. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses (including security deposits, service fees, fees for damages, and other charges incurred during the Eligible Stay) will not be discounted. If you are not already an Eligible Card Member and you open a new Marriott Bonvoy Credit Card during the Offer Period, please allow up to 10 Business Days starting from the date of your Marriott Bonvoy Card Account opening for the system to identify Card Members and automatically apply the 10% discount during the Offer Period. The 10% discount is only available on credit card bookings and can be combined with other Marriott Bonvoy promotions. Only home rentals that participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program are eligible for this promotion. Marriott brand residences may be featured on the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website but do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and are not eligible for this promotion. Marriott branded hotels and Marriott Executive Apartments are not eligible for this promotion. Award redemption stays, including Cash + Points Awards, Free Night Awards, or Points redemption stay, are not eligible for this promotion. Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are not eligible for this promotion. Your Marriott Bonvoy Card Account must not be canceled or in default at the time of booking.
