The unique Mediterranean-style entry opens on to a beautiful upscale living room with soaring ceilings, a grand fireplace, and a 60’ flatscreen TV to make entertaining a breeze. Outdoors, the pool and spa (can be heated for a fee), firepit, and areas for lounging offer everything you need for perfect days of relaxing in the sun or long evening gatherings. And for sleeping options, four private bedrooms offer unparalleled luxury to pamper each guest. The main suite features pool access and a wonderful spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other three bedrooms all contain king beds as well, so no one will be missing comfort here at Highball House. THINGS TO KNOW -Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. -The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. -This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
