Perched on the Sea Ranch bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you won’t have to go far to experience the surrounding beauty. With shopping, dining, and local attractions just a short two-mile drive away in Gualala, everyone can easily enjoy all this area has to offer. Swimming pools and tennis courts are also available at the Sea Ranch Del Mar, Ohlson, and Moonraker Recreation Centers. Bright and cheery, the vaulted wood-beamed ceilings frame the wall of windows, showcasing the stunning views. The bright hardwood floors mirror the ceiling, and with a contemporary, white color palette, this home has elements of elegance mixed in with its contemporary style. Sink into the plush couch as you surf through the cable channels, or enjoy a movie night with a DVD on the flatscreen HDTV. Connect to the free WiFi to send off that last work email as you revel in views from the living room. The private washer/dryer will help you with any laundry needs you may have during your stay. Step out on the deck and watch the waves roll in, as you fire up the BBQ to grill something everyone will enjoy. After dinner, enjoy a long soak in the private hot tub to ease the day away. The kitchen is designed to create a free-flowing environment and allow multiple people to help with creating a culinary masterpiece. Afterwards, let the dishwasher do the clean up while you enjoy a cocktail during a game night with everyone at the dining room table. As the day winds down, three plush bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep, including a private suite above the garage. THINGS TO KNOW The third bedroom is a detached unit above the garage. For safety reasons, it is advised that children staying in this home be eight years of age or older. This home is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. Please view the TSRA website for current information regarding the use of community facilities, such as the swimming pools, saunas, and tennis courts. To make a reservation and to review additional Policy and Procedure Information, please visit the TSRA facility reservation site. Due to high demand and limited availability of facilities as managed by TSRA, Property Manager cannot guarantee that all guests will have access to the pools/tennis courts. Please note that no refund(s) will be provided in relation to the TSRA facilities. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
