Secluded in a scrubby pine forest, this custom-built Fraser vacation home is a peaceful retreat for family and friends looking to enjoy mountain recreation and a beautiful landscape.
Just four miles from Fraser, guests can drive to town to dine or catch a shuttle bus to Winter Park. A scenic 34-mile drive south gets you to I-70, and 28 miles north is the shoreline of Lake Granby.
Vaulted ceilings and natural wood accents complement this home’s surroundings, and large windows make it easy to gaze out upon the foothills of the Continental Divide.
This home enjoys great amenities like WiFi, cable, a DVD player, a selection of board games, and a private washer/dryer, making this rental convenient and cozy.
Gather before the stunning fireplace with a board game or a Redbox rental while a meal is prepared in the upscale kitchen. The spacious granite countertops make it easy for multiple cooks to spread out their work, from waffles in the waffle iron for brunch to stew in the crock pot for dinner.
There’s also a grill out on the back deck with beautiful views. Put all your dirty dishes in the dishwasher when you’re done eating.
This home can sleep up to eight people maximum in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The downstairs master suite has a queen bed, natural wood furnishings, and a private bathroom, perfect for a couple or parents to share.
The upstairs ’loft’ space has a bunk room with two twin bunk beds for a group of giggly friends or young guests, a full bathroom, and a sitting space that can be turned into an extra sleeping space with the Murphy bed in the wall.
For ski trips to Winter Park Resort, hiking and rock climbing excursions to Rocky Mountain National Park, and water sports like fishing and boating at the nearby lakes, this Colorado vacation rental is a great home away from home!
