Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The seasonal pool is available for use from the end of May to early September, with complimentary heating provided. This rental does not have air-conditioning. The fireplaces in the home are not operational. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
