Silverado Resort and Spa 271 & 272
These two adjoining ground-floor condos in the historic Silverado community enjoy a prime location with lush landscape views. Your vacation rental includes access to on-site amenities, such as a seasonal pool, nature trails, and on-site restaurants and shops. This is a great home base for exploring the 400+ wineries and the local food scene. The Silverado Trail is lined with wineries offering tours, wine tastings, and incredible views. Downtown Napa is less than five miles from home, with abundant eateries.
271 offers living area and patio views of Atlas Peak and the nearby driving range. Relax on the comfortable sofa and armchair, enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, and watch your favorite shows on the TV with cable. The well-equipped kitchen has upgraded appliances and a dining table. The attached studio, Unit 272, boasts a mini-fridge, coffee station, and dining nook with seating.
Both bedrooms include bathrooms and TVs, and one has access to a private patio.
Additional Guest include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared laundry facility near the pool, and walking trails.
THINGS TO KNOW
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Property Manager and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.
Property Manager guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases, may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. However, you may use the condo community pool near your vacation rental.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
