Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden, dotted with centuries-old olive trees and typical plants, the property presents itself as an oasis of tranquility and harmony, where tradition and modern comfort merge in a unique atmosphere. Outside, an elegant wood-covered living area houses an outdoor kitchen complete with barbecue, wood oven, electric oven, stove and dishwasher. The large dining table invites you to share lunches and dinners outdoors, enjoying the view of the beautiful private pool (5x10 m), surrounded by sun loungers and cushions, with lighting designed to create a suggestive atmosphere even in the evening hours. The interiors, refined and with an authentic charm, open into a bright living area with dining room and kitchenette, where a comfortable sofa bed integrates perfectly, offering a welcoming solution for children. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom located inside the trullo, with a unique and poetic character, and a second elegant double bedroom in the lamia, with private bathroom and direct access to the outside. A charming retreat where you can fully experience the magic of Puglia, between comfort, privacy and timeless landscapes. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks. For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves.    The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00. It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair). To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00. If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged. After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
