The house is situated in a residential and mountainous beach area, at 3 km from Las Marinas, Denia beach and at 5 km from Javea. The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers privacy, a wonderful lawned garden with trees, a wonderful pool and beautiful views of the sea, the valley and the mountains.
