The large, comfy sleeper sectional and chair are perfect for lounging, watching a movie or the big game, or just relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect place to hang out together, playing games, listen to music on the sound-bar, or relax with a movie. The main floor covered lanai, equipped with BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The downstairs lanai, the pool area, is where the fun begins and ends each day. County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
