Located in the heart of downtown, this 4BR/4.5BA townhome features modern furnishings, a chef’s kitchen, and plenty of space for your group to spread out. The slopes and hiking trails of Winter Park are just 10 minutes away. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, relax in the private hot tub.

LIVING AREA
High ceilings and a plethora of windows flood the spacious living area with natural light. Cozy up on two couches and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. A 60” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a Viking gas range and oven. A large wooden island seats eight and provides ample meal preparation space.
When it’s time to eat, a dining table seats six, and the breakfast nook seats four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This four-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.
Take in mountain views from the privacy of the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed, 35” TV, and a cozy reading nook. An en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a bathtub.
The guest bedroom on the lower level is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth guest room offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hallway.
A half bath next to the kitchen provides added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREA
Fire up the gas grill on the balcony and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy a refreshing beverage at the bistro table for two.
A spiral staircase leads down to the hot tub, where relaxation awaits after an exhilarating day on the slopes.
